Job Description:
- You will manage the mailbox of import & export administration and answer questions about pickups, deliveries and required documents.
- For pickups and deliveries you contact the place of loading or unloading.
- You forward the shipments for pickup/delivery, taking into account dimensions and accessibility of loading and unloading locations.
- You process loading and unloading lists and you ensure a correct follow-up of the trucks.
- You send unloading reports to the agents and you process these that you receive.
- You adjust files where necessary and ensure they are correct for invoicing.
- You stay in touch with customers & agents both in writing and by phone.
Skills & Talents:
- You have a first experience in an administrative position in a logistics environment.
- You are flexible and stress resistant.
- You work accurately and have an eye for detail, as well as good prioritization skills.
- You are a problem solver and are able to come up with proactive solutions, taking initiative is important.
- You can work independently as well as in a team.
- A good knowledge of Dutch, English and French is required.

We offer a full-time contract of indefinite duration, with flexible working arrangements, in the Joint Committee 226. After the induction period, you can take advantage of two days of work from home per week.
